Privacy Policy

Volflow is a fast, private web browser built on Apple's WebKit engine — the same engine that powers Safari. It is designed around your privacy. The app keeps your browsing data on your device. Optional page translation uses Google Translate, and information you voluntarily send through the support website is handled separately as described below.

Zero data collection

The Volflow app does not automatically collect your identity, location, device identifiers, or browsing activity. There are no accounts to create, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking SDKs of any kind. Your browsing data is not sent to our servers. Information you choose to send in a support request is handled separately as described below.

Normal by default, private when you want it

Volflow launches in normal browsing mode, so your tabs, history and sessions persist locally on your device. Whenever you want a clean slate, switch to private mode from the tab switcher in one tap. Private browsing is ephemeral — no history, cookies or site data are written to disk, and private tabs are never restored after you close the app. Private mode is protected by Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. Private and normal tabs are kept in separate groups.

What is stored on your device

When you use normal browsing, some information may be saved locally on your device so the app works the way you expect — for example bookmarks, history, downloaded files, recent searches, open normal-mode tabs, and your in-app preferences. This data stays on your device. It is never sent to us or to any third party.

You stay in control. History and recent searches can be cleared at any time, downloads can be deleted, bookmarks can be removed, and normal-mode browsing data can be wiped from within the app. In private mode, none of this information is recorded in the first place.

On-device content filtering

Volflow includes optional on-device ad and tracker filtering powered by updatable filter lists, including EasyList, EasyPrivacy, and a Turkish filter list. These lists are downloaded over HTTPS from their public providers (such as EasyList and AdGuard) and cached locally on your device for up to 24 hours. You may also add your own custom list by entering an HTTPS URL.

All filtering happens entirely on your device using Apple's content-filtering technology. When a list is downloaded or refreshed, the standard network metadata of that request (such as your IP address) may be processed by the provider that hosts the list under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or log any part of this.

Connection preferences

Volflow offers optional per-network connection profiles and a custom DNS option to help pages load more reliably. These preferences are stored only on your device and are used solely to improve performance and reliability. Volflow does not route your traffic through any developer-operated server.

Translation

Volflow offers optional page translation powered by Google Translate. This feature is off by default and only runs when you choose to translate a page. When you do, the text of that page is sent to Google for translation and the translated result is returned to your device. Pages you do not translate are never sent anywhere. Google's handling of that text is governed by Google's privacy policy. Translation is the only feature in Volflow that contacts a third party; all other browsing, blocking and data storage happens on your device.

Children's privacy

The Volflow app does not automatically collect personal information from anyone, including children. Information you choose to include in a support request is handled as described below.

Support requests you choose to send

The support website offers an optional form. Only when you press Send, the information you enter — such as your message, a website address, connection details and app or iOS version — is sent to our support service and delivered to the developer's support email inbox using Resend. A reply email address is optional. The form does not automatically attach your browsing history, device identifiers or diagnostic logs, and it does not save a draft in browser storage.

The support service is hosted on Netlify. It processes the submitted request and network information needed to provide and protect the service. Netlify privacy information.

This information is used to understand and respond to your request. Resend processes support emails under its privacy policy. To limit spam, the support service processes your IP address and stores a daily salted fingerprint with request counters; it does not include your IP address in the support email. Expired counters are removed when subsequent requests are processed. The app's no-automatic-data-collection behavior is unchanged. Please do not include passwords, payment details or private sign-in links in a support request.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Sıfır veri toplama

Volflow uygulaması; kimliğinizi, konumunuzu, cihaz tanımlayıcılarını veya tarama etkinliğinizi otomatik olarak toplamaz. Oluşturulacak bir hesap, analitik, reklam veya herhangi bir izleme SDK'sı yoktur. Tarama verileriniz sunucularımıza gönderilmez. Kendi isteğinizle bir destek talebinde paylaştığınız bilgiler aşağıda ayrıca açıklanan şekilde işlenir.

Normal varsayılan, istediğin an gizli

Volflow normal tarama modunda açılır; sekmeleriniz, geçmişiniz ve oturumlarınız cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır. Temiz bir başlangıç istediğinizde sekme değiştiriciden tek dokunuşla özel moda geçin. Özel tarama geçicidir — geçmiş, çerez veya site verisi diske yazılmaz ve özel sekmeler uygulamayı kapattıktan sonra asla geri yüklenmez. Özel mod Face ID, Touch ID veya cihaz parolanızla korunur. Özel ve normal sekmeler ayrı gruplarda tutulur.

Cihazınızda neler saklanır

Normal tarama kullandığınızda, uygulamanın beklediğiniz gibi çalışması için bazı bilgiler cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanabilir — örneğin yer imleri, geçmiş, indirilen dosyalar, son aramalar, açık normal mod sekmeleri ve uygulama içi tercihleriniz. Bu veriler cihazınızda kalır. Bize veya herhangi bir üçüncü tarafa asla gönderilmez.

Kontrol sizde kalır. Geçmiş ve son aramalar istediğiniz zaman temizlenebilir, indirilenler silinebilir, yer imleri kaldırılabilir ve normal mod tarama verileri uygulama içinden tamamen silinebilir. Özel modda ise bu bilgilerin hiçbiri en baştan kaydedilmez.

Cihaz üzerinde içerik filtreleme

Volflow, güncellenebilir filtre listeleriyle çalışan isteğe bağlı cihaz üzerinde reklam ve izleyici filtreleme özelliği içerir; bunlar arasında EasyList, EasyPrivacy ve bir Türkçe filtre listesi bulunur. Bu listeler, herkese açık sağlayıcılarından (EasyList ve AdGuard gibi) HTTPS üzerinden indirilir ve cihazınızda 24 saate kadar yerel olarak önbelleğe alınır. Ayrıca bir HTTPS adresi girerek kendi özel listenizi de ekleyebilirsiniz.

Tüm filtreleme, Apple'ın içerik filtreleme teknolojisi kullanılarak tamamen cihazınızda gerçekleşir. Bir liste indirildiğinde veya yenilendiğinde, bu isteğin IP adresi gibi standart ağ metadatası, listeyi barındıran sağlayıcı tarafından kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işlenebilir. Bunun hiçbir kısmını almaz veya kaydetmeyiz.

Bağlantı tercihleri

Volflow, sayfaların daha güvenilir yüklenmesine yardımcı olmak için isteğe bağlı ağ bazlı bağlantı profilleri ve özel DNS seçeneği sunar. Bu tercihler yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır ve yalnızca performans ile güvenilirliği iyileştirmek için kullanılır. Volflow trafiğinizi geliştirici tarafından işletilen herhangi bir sunucuya yönlendirmez.

Çeviri

Volflow, Google Translate destekli isteğe bağlı sayfa çevirisi sunar. Bu özellik varsayılan olarak kapalıdır ve yalnızca bir sayfayı çevirmeyi seçtiğinizde çalışır. Çevirmeyi seçtiğiniz sayfanın metni çeviri için Google'a gönderilir ve çeviri sonucu cihazınıza döner. Çevirmediğiniz sayfalar hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Google'ın bu metni işlemesi Google'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir. Çeviri, Volflow'da üçüncü bir tarafla iletişim kuran tek özelliktir; diğer tüm tarama, engelleme ve veri saklama cihazınızda gerçekleşir.

Çocukların gizliliği

Volflow uygulaması, çocuklar dâhil hiç kimseden otomatik olarak kişisel bilgi toplamaz. Bir destek talebine kendi isteğinizle eklediğiniz bilgiler aşağıda açıklanan şekilde işlenir.

Kendi isteğinizle gönderdiğiniz destek talepleri

Destek sitesinde isteğe bağlı bir form bulunur. Yalnızca Gönder düğmesine bastığınızda yazdığınız bilgiler — örneğin mesajınız, site adresi, bağlantı bilgileri ve uygulama veya iOS sürümü — destek hizmetimize gönderilir ve Resend aracılığıyla geliştiricinin destek e-posta kutusuna iletilir. Yanıt alabileceğiniz e-posta adresi isteğe bağlıdır. Form; tarama geçmişinizi, cihaz tanımlayıcılarını veya tanılama günlüklerini otomatik olarak eklemez ve tarayıcı depolamasına taslak kaydetmez.

Bu bilgiler talebinizi anlamak ve yanıtlamak için kullanılır. Resend, destek e-postalarını kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında işler. İstenmeyen gönderimleri sınırlamak için destek hizmeti IP adresinizi işler ve günlük değişen, gizli anahtarla oluşturulmuş bir özeti istek sayaçlarıyla birlikte saklar; IP adresiniz destek e-postasına eklenmez. Süresi dolan sayaçlar sonraki istekler işlenirken silinir. Uygulamanın otomatik veri toplamama davranışı değişmez. Destek talebine parola, ödeme bilgisi veya kişisel oturum açma bağlantısı eklemeyin.

Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse, güncellenmiş sürüm yeni bir yürürlük tarihiyle bu sayfada yayımlanır.
